Conference Dates and Practical Information:
Tanzania International Model United Nations 2017 will be held from Monday 22 to Friday 26 May 2017.
Meeting time will be from 8:30 am until 16:30 pm daily.
As the Organizing committee, we first create the highest level of trust and integrity with our applicants.
Visa requirement for national passport holders.
If traveling with your national passport, prior to your travel, please check with the Tanzania consulate directly regarding visa requirements before. We strong encourage obtaining the Visa before your arrival
Passports of the International delegates/participants should be valid for at least six months beyond the expected date of departure from their respective countries and should have at least two (2) unused pages when presented for endorsements.
Airport and Transportation:
For international participants, we highly recommend the use of Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) as your destination. For those who face difficulties to land in Kilimanjaro, we advise you to contact us before making any further proceeding.
There will be a transport from hotel to Meeting Venue to and from for International and upcountry participants.
YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION
Important: Tanzania requires a Yellow Fever vaccine for African Countries and will charge travelers without certificates a fee US $50 after having been quarantined and inoculated. Yellow fever certificates are required if the journey starts or entails passing through the yellow fever belt of Africa.
N.B: As with all international travel, it is strongly advised that participants/delegates are adequately covered by international health insurance for the duration of their stay in Tanzania

Breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel and lunch will be included in the conference package for 22nd -26th May 2017.
There will be NO Daily Subsistence allowance; therefore you are advised to carry enough pocket money for your own uses
During the conference, the dress code is strictly official or cultural wear of your respective delegation.
